"There is no place where we can go to hide from the world's troubles because wherever we go we carry our mind with us, and if it is a receiving station for the suggestions of the world, we do not have to see, hear, taste, touch, or smell them in order to become aware of them. They are in the atmosphere. Jesus referred to them as appearances when he said, 'Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.' Everything that came to his awareness was an appearance, and he never judged by what he saw.
